ANDERS FERGUSON is a founding partner of Uplift Equity Partners, a global private equity fund investing in integrative health and well-being businesses managed with generative leadership. He also founded Spirit in Business, which connects leaders in a world community of inquiry, learning, and action accelerating interconnectedness as the primary driver of high performance and lasting personal, organizational, and global prosperity. SIB accomplishes this by producing conferences and research worldwide with leading corporations and thought leaders.
Anders was CEO of New England Country Dairy and chair of Northeast Cooperatives in the 1980s. He was the founder and CEO of the Cooperative Development Institute in the 1990s.
Anders graduated from Oberlin College with a bachelor’s in History and Environmental Studies. He speaks globally on Generative Systems, Healing, and Sustainability. Anders is a Vipassana meditator and Qigong practitioner. In 2000 he spent four months meditating and studying qi gong and traditional Chinese medicine in Szechwan, China.
