FRED KOFMAN is the president and co-founder of Axialent, an international consulting company. He holds a doctorate in economics from the University of California, Berkeley. Kofman was a professor of management accounting and control systems at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and senior researcher at Peter Senge’s Organizational Learning Center. Fred focuses on leadership development, helping companies such as General Motors, Chrysler, EDS, Shell, Microsoft, Citibank, and Cisco in the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Fred teaches leadership programs at Notre Dame University, Naropa University, and Ken Wilber’s Integral Institute.
